Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients, including those with G-tube, Trach, or Vent care needs, in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning care using the nursing process, delivering prescribed services, and documenting patient data. Eligible LVNs must hold a current state license, BLS, and TB testing, with opportunity to advance skills on diverse assignments.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Patients have G-tube, Trach, Vent care needs with options to skills advance if interested!

Pay Range $ 28 / per hour - $ 35/ per hour
