Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to provide dedicated in-home nursing visits throughout Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas. You will perform assessments, administer medications, wound and catheter care, and report changes to the RN Case Manager while educating patients and families.

The role requires an active Texas LVN license, reliable transportation, and strong clinical and communication skills. Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
