Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Service Engineering Specialist II for our Low Voltage Motors team in Duluth, GA. This role provides intermediate-level technical support for LV Drives, Soft Starters, PLCs, HMIs, and related systems, with remote troubleshooting and limited on-site work.

You will collaborate with customers, field engineers, and product teams to resolve issues, contribute to knowledge bases, and support product improvements. On-site Monday–Friday, competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
3–7 years of experience in industrial automation, motor control or drives.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote connections for LV Drives and related products.
Troubleshoot electrical, control, and communication issues up to a moderately complex level.
Perform remote diagnostics and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate on-site interventions when needed and guide Field Service.
Document interactions, resolutions, and guidance in support systems.
Develop technical docs and assist with training and onboarding.
