SeaNet Company Inc. is seeking a Luxury Yacht Sales Broker for a full-time, on-site role based in Newport Beach, CA.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process for new and pre-owned luxury yachts, from prospecting to closing, including proposals, negotiations, and coordinating sea trials. You will travel to marinas, boat shows, and events to represent SeaNet’s programs and educate clients on ownership options.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-touch service to high-value clients.
• Ability to explain ownership and financing structures clearly.
• Proven success handling contracts, negotiations, and closings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end yacht sales process for new and pre-owned yachts.
• Prospect, qualify leads, conduct client consultations, and present programs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate sea trials and inspections.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain client relationships, attend marinas, boat shows, and industry events.
• Educate clients on SeaNet Travel and Local ownership options; keep CRM records current.
