Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Brokers with administrative duties across the yacht sale process.
• Manage calendar, emails, and travel arrangements for Sales Broker.
• Maintain CRM and update client and deal information.
• Prepare yacht specifications and marketing materials; liaise with marketing for updates.
• Organize yacht inspections, attend shows, and prepare related documentation.
