Opus One Winery in Oakville, CA, seeks a Wine Host to greet guests, present wine stories, and guide tastings in our Courtyard Tasting Room. You will describe vintages, build guest relationships, and assist with sales while maintaining a premium guest experience.

Experience in luxury hospitality and wine knowledge will help you excel in this role; must be 21+ and able to work in a fast-paced tasting room environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in winery or wine-related business.
• Strong retail sales/public relations skills, luxury environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in the tasting room.
• Describe wines, vintages, and winery history to guests.
• Facilitate retail bottle sales and shipping using the POS system.
• Maintain tasting room cleanliness and stock as needed.
• Support team to ensure smooth guest experience throughout the day.
