Responsibilities

• Anticipate tasting room needs by learning all operational tasks and proactively supporting the team.
• Execute daily tasting room operations with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a calm and polished presence.
• Ensure guest-facing areas are maintained to luxury presentation standards.
• Adhere to all winery policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform all duties under supervision and communicate issues or concerns to management as appropriate.
