Job summary

Silver Oak is seeking a Tasting Room Support team member to assist in daily Retail and Sales Operations at our winery. The role centers on maintaining the tasting room environment, assisting guests, stocking supplies, and supporting events and tastings.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hospitality or wine service experience, a professional appearance, and strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry stemware.
• Set up and break down for tastings and workshops.

• Help guests by taking wine purchases to their vehicle.
• Restock and tidy tasting areas and merchandising spaces.
• Check restrooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Build collateral booklets for tasting experiences.
