Job summary

Crimson Wine Group is seeking an experienced Event Manager at Pine Ridge Vineyard in Napa, CA. The role drives event revenue through strategic sales initiatives, manages the Events Team, and ensures high-quality guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

The position oversees contract negotiations, menu development, and budgeting while aligning with brand positioning and estate utilization. A strong network in corporate and private events is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in event sales or luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to develop sales pipelines and achieve revenue goals.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing event teams.
• California Driver’s License and ability to lift/stand for long periods are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an event sales strategy to achieve revenue and brand goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, associations, tour operators, and corporate planners.
• Oversee end-to-end event planning from inquiry to post-event debrief.
• Manage budgets, ROI, and profitability of events.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the Events Team to meet service and financial targets.
