Renewal by Andersen in Central Indiana is hiring Design Consultants to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present window and door replacement options, and help homeowners make a same-day decision.

This full-time, commission-based role includes uncapped earnings ($100,000–$250,000+), paid training, mentorship, insurance, and a 401(k). Travel up to 2 hours daily and a structured sales process are expected.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
