Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks Design Consultants to conduct in-home presentations for window and door replacements across Central Indiana. The role emphasizes a high-velocity, one-call close sales process in residential settings.

You’ll join a driven team, earning an uncapped commission with paid training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, including an annual sales trip, with access to a full benefits package and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
