Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Design Consultant for the Central Indiana Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled home appointments to present window and door replacement options and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

This is a high-velocity, commission-based role with no ongoing project management. You will earn full commissions (uncapped) with paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for annual top-performer

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Experience in luxury goods or high-value transactions is preferred.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
• 2+ years of sales success in premium markets.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door options.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision.
• Execute a strong one-call close with no required follow-up or project management.
