Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in the Indiana territory and present window and door replacement options. You’ll guide homeowners toward a same-day decision and earn uncapped commissions with a strong training program.

This role offers paid training, annual incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, with travel requiring daily commutes up to two hours.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window and door projects.
• Strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow up required.
