Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in the Central Indiana area. You will present new window and door replacement solutions, answer questions, and guide homeowners toward a same-day decision.

This role offers a strong commission structure and paid training to help you succeed. Ideal candidates bring at least 2+ years in premium sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within a 2-hour radius and lift

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Capable of learning a structured and proven sales process.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs. of sample materials (required).

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window/door projects.
• Close sales with a strong one-call close, no follow-up required.
