Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks motivated sales professionals for in-home design consultations in Central Indiana. You will present home window/door replacement options and guide homeowners to a same-day decision, leveraging a proven sales process and a high-velocity close.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled in-home appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.
• Operate within a strong one-call close sales process with no post-sale project management or follow-up.
