You’ll manage an existing account base while developing new relationships across Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, and beyond. Expect a high-responsibility role with uncapped commissions and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Able to build real relationships with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Inherit an existing book of builder and architect accounts on day one and grow them.
• Build your own book by finding new builders, architects, and developers.
• Be the expert in Fleetwood and Kolbe specs and drive proposals to close.
