View13 is seeking a self-starting Business Development Manager to own new business development for our premium Fleetwood and Kolbe lines in the luxury residential market. Build your territory by developing relationships with architects, builders, designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.

You will host lunch-and-learns, attend trade shows, and drive the deal by prospecting daily, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating proposals with estimating.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Territory by developing relationships with architects, builders, designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.

• Be the face of a premium brand by hosting lunch-and-learns and attending trade shows.
• Drive the deal by prospecting daily, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating with estimating on proposals.
• Forge strategic alliances with complementary trades and suppliers for long-term repeat business.
