Job summary

Hyas Point by Central Bethany in Washougal, WA is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy at our luxury waterfront community. You will showcase premium homes, manage leads, and guide prospects from inquiry to move-in.

Lead with exceptional service, leverage Yardi and CRM tools, and support marketing events to achieve aggressive occupancy goals in a brand-new Class A property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class A leasing experience in a luxury environment.
• Proven track record of closing leases and meeting occupancy goals.
• Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours highlighting premium features and waterfront lifestyle.
• Proactively manage leads and follow up using CRM systems.
• Convert prospects into residents through strong closing techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and lease terms.
• Assist with marketing outreach and community events to drive traffic.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents alike.
• Support the lease-up strategy to achieve aggressive occupancy goals.
