Role emphasizes closing leases, achieving occupancy targets, and delivering exceptional resident experiences in a brand-new Class A property with upscale amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class A leasing experience.
• Prior lease-up experience preferred.
• Proven track record of closing leases and meeting goals.
• Familiarity with Yardi leasing software and CRM systems.

Are you a high-performing leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, lease-up environment? We’re seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join the launch of a stunning new 276-unit luxury community located directly on the Columbia River in Washougal, Washington.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new Class A property from the ground up - helping bring an upscale vision to life while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Position Overview

As a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving occupancy, generating excitement, and creating a lasting first impression for prospective residents. You’ll be responsible for showcasing our luxury apartment homes, managing leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

QualificationsLanguage Requirement

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
