Comstock in Reston, VA seeks a Leasing Consultant to guide residents through the leasing journey from hello to welcome home at our luxury high-rise community. You’ll showcase the benefits, manage the leasing process from lead to occupancy, and prepare paperwork.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Yardi and MS Office experience are a plus, and high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing high-rise or multi-family properties is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Self-directed and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.
• Oversee the leasing process from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and improve our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks.
