Job summary

A.Lange and Sohne in New York City is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to lead daily operations of the service/repair workshop within the flagship boutique. You will coordinate shipments, liaise with watchmakers, boutique teams and clients, and ensure brand standards and reporting are met.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury/service admin, a can-do attitude, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office and SAP is preferred; flexibility to adapt to boutique schedules is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong admin experience in luxury sector preferred.
• 3+ years in luxury/timepiece or service admin.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail oriented with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between management, watchmakers, teams and clients.
• Support day-to-day admin and workshop operations.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing service/repair shipments and tracking.
• Maintain front and back-of-boutique workshop organization per brand standards.
• Provide timely, professional communication with clients and teams.
• Prepare weekly reports and assist with special projects as needed.
