Job summary

Hublot is seeking a Sales Associate for the Houston boutique. You will professionally advise customers on luxury watches, drive store sales, maintain premium displays, and participate in events to grow client relationships.

You’ll manage CRM records, assist with social content, and ensure a high standard of brand knowledge and service. A background in luxury retail with watch industry interest is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience in luxury
• Watch industry experience desired
• Proactive and able to work well in a team
• Highly professional with strong customer service skills
• Ability to build extensive brand and product knowledge
• Capable of meeting sales targets and driving business

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle and advise customers to achieve store sales targets
• Merchandise displays and maintain high store standards
• Provide high quality service in person and over the phone
• Complete sale documentation and use till/stock systems
• Alter and fit customers' watches
• Maintain product/brand knowledge
• Attend brand events and build client relationships
• Capture client data and maintain CRM database
• Support social content for boutique as needed
• Assist in opening/closing procedures
• Provide in-store after-sales service with the after-sales team
