Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Luxury Watch Client Advisor to drive sales and client engagement at a premium boutique. The role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending luxury timepieces, and delivering exceptional service.

You will be stationed at Orchard/MBS and contribute to brand representation, CRM initiatives, and events while maintaining high standards of grooming and presentation.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizens only.
• Experience in luxury retail required.
• Ability to build and maintain clientele.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Welcome clients, assess needs, and manage the full sales process.
• Recommend products based on client preferences.
• Maintain product knowledge, stock updates, and brand history.
• Stay updated on competitors and luxury retail trends.
• Maintain professional grooming as a brand ambassador.
• Support boutique opening/closing, stock management, repairs.
• Keep client data accurate in the boutique database.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support CRM activities and boutique events.

Job scope

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs and supporting the boutique in meeting overall sales goals
• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and manage the full sales process
• Recommend suitable products based on clients' needs and preferences
• Maintain good knowledge of products, availability, delivery updates, and brand history
• Keep updated on competitors and trends within the luxury retail industry
• Maintain professional grooming and presentation as a brand ambassador
• Support boutique opening and closing, stock management, and repair processes
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the boutique database
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Support CRM activities, client engagement plans, and boutique or external events
