BELLE WATCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales associate to buy and sell pre-owned and luxury watches, assist customers with selection, and share expert product knowledge.

You will evaluate watches, negotiate purchase and selling prices, maintain accurate records, and help keep a professional, welcoming store environment. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Formación

• Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible and trustworthy.
• Strong interest in luxury watches.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Buy and sell pre-owned and luxury watches.
• Assist customers with watch selection and provide professional product knowledge.
• Evaluate watches and negotiate purchase and selling prices.
• Handle customer enquiries and build strong customer relationships.
• Assist with daily retail store operations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILIES

• BUY AND SELL PRE-OWNED AND LUXURY WATCHES
• ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH WATCH SELECTION AND PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
• EVALUATE WATCHES AND NEGOTIATE PURCHASE AND SELLING PRICES
• HANDLE CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES AND BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
• ASSIST WITH DAILY RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS
• MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF PURCHASES, SALES, AND INVENTORY
• MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING STORE ENVIRONMENT

REQUIREMENTS

• EXPERIENCE IN LUXURY WATCHES, JEWELLERY, RETAIL SALES PREFERRED
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• HONEST, RESPONSIBLE AND TRUSTWORTHY
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF, OR A STRONG INTEREST IN LUXURY WATCHES
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM

WORKING HOURS

11AM - 8PM

ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 6 OFF DAYS IN A MONTH

SALARY: BASED ON EXPEREIENCE
