Job summary

Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our Orchard showroom. You will manage the reception, handle calls and registrations, and support the sales team with inquiries and appointments in a premium retail setting.

The role suits someone with good communication, a neat presentation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is beneficial.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly, well-presented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area and attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
• Handle customer registration and basic administrative duties.
• Assist the Sales team with customer enquiries and appointments.
• Coordinate incoming visitors, deliveries and general office matters.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain a neat, organised and welcoming reception area.
