Role Description

The Luxury Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at one of our store locations including Larchmont, San Gabriel and Walnut. This role is responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of high-end watches and jewelry while delivering a personalized, consultative experience. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, managing client follow-up, and maintaining accurate records for warranties and insurance-related documentation. The Luxury Client Advisor will support showroom standards, assist with merchandising displays, and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing long-term client relationships through proactive communication, appointment setting, and participation in in-store events.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with luxury clientele.
• Bi-lingual (English and Chinese / Korean) is preferred
