Job summary

St. John Knits is seeking a Wardrobe Specialist to contribute to store sales by delivering The St. John Experience to clients. You will build rapport, clientel and represent the brand in all interactions.

You will maintain product knowledge, support management, and assist in merchandising, client book maintenance, and loyalty programs, while delivering polished service across in-person and event settings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience in a luxury brand retail store.
• Understands the luxury client and clienteling approaches.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrates Relationship Selling Skills to achieve sales goals.
• Develops new clients and grows existing relationships through the client book.
• Maintains client book and communicates with clients via appointments and correspondence.
• Keeps up-to-date product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Supports merchandising and store appearance according to brand standards.
• Performs POS functions accurately and adheres to company policies.
• Participates in inventories and loss prevention initiatives.
