Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail sales experience.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Exceptional selling and clienteling skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves monthly sales and KPI goals.
• Develops new clients via appointments, consignment, and follow up.
• Maintains client CRM and builds client relationships.
• Promotes brand values and promotional programs to increase business.
• Ensures accuracy of POS procedures and opens/closes the store.
