Job summary

Róhe is seeking a client-focused, full-time Client Advisor to join our New York City flagship store opening during Fashion Week September 2026. You will thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, building relationships and delivering personalized wardrobing to elevate client experiences.

You’ll work at the heart of our first retail location in Soho, collaborating with management to ensure exceptional service, brand presentation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role with a premium or luxury fashion brand.
• Demonstrated expertise in womenswear.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Affinity with the brand and calm, professional demeanor.
• Understanding of New York City downtown retail landscape.
• Fulltime availability, including evenings, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support store objectives in a collaborative, client-focused culture.
• Collaborate with management to create memorable client engagements.
• Coordinate client appointments, communications and follow-through.
• Recommend personalized wardrobing utilizing key performance indicators.
• Support the store in maintaining luxury brand standards, visual presentation, inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
