Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an experienced Client Advisor for its New York luxury retail store. You will build client books, manage inquiries, and tailor in-store experiences while using POS and inventory tools to support sales and store operations.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. RTW experience and multilingual abilities are a plus. The role includes opening/closing tasks and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems; strong digital literacy.
• RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma and ability to lift up to 10 lbs; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and meet Client Advisor CRM requirements.
• Build and maintain client books; manage customer correspondence and follow-through.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database.
• Assist with special requests, repairs, returns, and special orders.
• Participate in stocking/restocking and other store maintenance functions.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to store policies, and support visual merchandising.
• May open/close store and assist in training new Client Advisors.
