Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards in our Honolulu boutique, coordinating window installs, fixtures, and displays with the Visual Lead. You will supervise team members, maintain VM guidelines, and ensure consistent, elevated client experiences.

The role requires collaboration with Boutique Management, strong communication, and flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays in a full-time in-store capacity. Passion for CHANEL heritage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related field.
• At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising and visual display.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs and work late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Full-time in-store role requiring client-focused service and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visual merchandising standards within the boutique during hours and events.
• Supervise with Visual Lead the implementation and maintenance of VM guidelines and fixtures.
• Communicate VM direction to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Develop relationships with Boutique Management to support merchandise initiatives.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets and launches.
• Photograph boutique after floor/window changes and upload to Dropbox.
• Work independently, own projects and deliver timely results.
