Qualifications

• Polished communication and executive presence on the sales floor.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Google Workspace for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for a refined, personalized client experience on the sales floor.
• Lead with presence to drive sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Translate KPIs into concrete priorities for the team.
• Curate product recommendations reflecting client needs and brand sensibility.
• Own in-store merchandising, floorset installs, and product storytelling.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, shipments, and daily store execution.
