Job summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a poised Floor Lead, Merchandising to manage the in-store experience at Brea Mall. You will oversee client service, lead the sales floor, and collaborate with store leadership to realize the brand’s elevated aesthetic.

Responsibilities include clienteling, hosting events, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and timely floorset execution; prior luxury jewelry retail experience preferred. Competitive hourly compensation provided.

• Lead on the sales floor and inspire the team to exceed performance goals.
• Translate KPIs into actionable direction for the team.
• Curate product recommendations reflecting client individuality and brand sensibility.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships through high-touch service.
• Host elevated in-store events to strengthen brand affinity.
• Act as the client voice to inform the overall experience.
• Deliver signature services, including custom and permanent jewelry.
• Own in-store merchandising, ensuring a cohesive environment aligned with brand direction.
• Lead floorset installations with timing and attention to detail.
• Elevate product storytelling, styling, and new collections.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, shipment oversight, and daily execution.
