Job summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a Floor Lead, Operations at the Brea Mall to drive store performance through operational excellence, inventory integrity, and elevated client experiences. You will partner with store leadership to uphold luxury standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.

Blend hands-on leadership with clienteling and team development to hit KPI goals, boost conversion, AOV, and retention, while maintaining display standards and seamless omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience.
• Strong operational and inventory management expertise.
• Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems.
• Polished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team with collaboration and accountability.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Partner with store leadership to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences.
• Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Oversee front and back of house operations including replenishment and audits.
• Coach team, support clienteling, reinforce luxury service standards.
• Collaborate with HQ Operations to optimize processes.
