Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards in the boutique, coordinating window installs and fixture setups. You will work with the Visual Lead to implement guidelines, manage photos, and ensure consistent presentation that aligns with CHANEL’s luxury brand standards.

The role requires collaboration with boutique management, strong communication, and a passion for client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, display design, and boutique coordination.
• Understanding of client experience and luxury retail standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a management context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visual merchandising standards across the boutique during hours and events.
• Supervise with the Visual Lead on VM guidelines, windows, fixtures, and mannequins.
• Maintain VM guidelines, document and photograph boutique layouts for Global Image Team.
