Job summary

The Clear Creek Group is seeking a Villa Rental Consultant in Jackson Hole, WY, to turn guest inquiries into reservations while delivering exceptional service. The role blends luxury hospitality, consultative sales and disciplined follow-through, collaborating across Concierge and other departments to meet guest expectations and close opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in luxury hospitality or related client service, outstanding communication, and a proven ability to build

Qualifications

• At least three years of luxury hospitality or related client service experience.
• Experience managing guest inquiries from first contact through closing a sale or reservation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with discerning clients.
• Proven ability to understand client needs, recommend solutions and close business.
• Strong organizational skills with timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Experience using a CRM, property management system or similar technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries across approved channels.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand dates, group size, budget and preferences.
• Recommend best-fit homes and experiences with clear pricing/value explanations.
• Guide opportunities through decision process and request reservations when appropriate.
• Maintain personalized follow-up until a booking or close.
• Collaborate with Concierge and other departments to share guest information accurately.
