Job summary

MileOne Autogroup of Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for Lexus Wilmington to ensure a seamless luxury ownership experience from showroom to road. You will manage at-home deliveries, introduce customers to service and parts teams, and coordinate vehicle transport between stores.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience.
• Bilingual skills is preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate each feature of the vehicle.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends.
• Ability to explain technology to individuals who may/may not be technologically inclined.
• Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for at-home deliveries and transporting vehicles between other Lexus and Heritage stores.
• Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation.
• Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
