Job summary

Lucid Motors in Seattle seeks a Service Concierge to interface with service center clients as an integral part of the customer experience. This role greets clients, answers phones, directs inquiries, and schedules appointments.

You will coordinate appointments by capacity and priority, manage open tasks and due bills, and log all activities to keep records accurate. You may assist with loaner vehicles and Lyft arrangements as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Ability to solve problems and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn proprietary DMS software.
• Proficient with basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete CPR training after hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past year.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity.
• Manage open service tasks and due bills with timely follow-up and accurate records.
• Coordinate loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides as needed.
• Generate work order pre-writes and ensure proper signatures for pre-authorization.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in and document any damages.
