Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United States seeks a dynamic sales professional to conduct face-to-face presentations at resort sales centers.

Build rapport with prospective and current owners while communicating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and driving sales through proper closing techniques. The role requires energetic, outgoing individuals with 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience and a real estate/timeshare license (or ability to obtain one).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our sales centers at resort locations.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Attend trainings, meetings, stay current on sales info and industry trends, and set/review performance goals.
