Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Florida is seeking an energetic sales professional to present vacation ownership opportunities at our premium resort locations and build rapport with prospective owners. You will guide conversations, communicate benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and close sales using a high‑end process.

1–3 years sales/marketing experience preferred; real estate or timeshare license (or ability to obtain one) required. Training provided. No travel beyond home site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain real estate and/or timeshare license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at resort sales centers.
• Lead conversations and build rapport with prospective owners.
• Demonstrate benefits of Travel + Leisure Co.'s vacation offerings.
• Present and deliver sales presentations following policy and closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends.
