Job summary

NXT Vacation Rentals is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the voice of the company, handling guest inquiries before, during, and after stays. You will respond to reservation calls and messages, input guest and reservation information, and provide guests with relevant information about their stay.

You will use our property management tools (Guesty), pricing tools (PriceLabs), and other platforms to learn properties, manage bookings, and resolve issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Answer inbound reservation calls, reply to messages and assist guests with bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing guest needs in a professional, timely manner.
• Handle guest communications across phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Learn and navigate our portfolio of properties to recommend the best stay.
• Utilize Guesty, PriceLabs, and other tools to manage reservations.
• Do not claim experience you don't have; training is available and you will be tested.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure seamless stays.

Responsibilities
