Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Central Reservations Agent to be the voice of our luxury hotels. You will handle guest inquiries, take reservations, and maintain professional standards using hotel verbiage.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in customer service, strong phone etiquette, accuracy with rooming lists, and the ability to upsell. The role offers on-site work with a potential shift to hybrid after training.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in customer service preferred.
• Upselling and hospitality knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations via phone, email, and PMS tools.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and exceed expectations.
• Input and manage guest information accurately in hotel systems.
• Support group bookings, changes, and cancellations as needed.
