Chase Travel seeks an experienced Team Leader to guide a high-performing group of luxury Travel Advisors. You will lead, develop, and motivate the Reserve Travel Designers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth in a dynamic travel ecosystem.

Reporting into Chase Travel leadership, you will cultivate a collaborative culture, manage performance, and optimize booking conversions while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty across luxury itineraries.
