C&M Travel Recruitment seeks a Luxury travel team manager and trainer to lead a 12-person luxury travel consultant team and to drive the learning and development of 24 personal managers across North America. The role blends hands-on management with strategic training initiatives to elevate service standards for high-net-worth clients.

You will design onboarding, deliver workshops, and coach individuals while ensuring expertise in hotels, private aviation, DMCs, and bespoke VIP travel

Formación

• Experience in luxury travel or concierge is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of leading hotels, resorts, private aviation, DMCs, luxury tour operators and bespoke VIP travel arrangements.
• Excellent understanding of expectations when dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Proven track record of managing people.
• Proven track record of training new and existing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of 12 luxury travel consultants, conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations and standards.
• Monitor workload, response times, and overall member experience quality.
• Support personal managers in handling sensitive, complex, or escalated matters.
• Report to the head of North America and Chief Operating Officer on team performance.
• Lead global learning and development: design and deliver onboarding programmes.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and individual coaching to all 24 personal managers.
• Ensure training covers core competencies including destination and supplier knowledge, private aviation, complex itineraries, and member communication.
