Responsibilities

• Design customized luxury itineraries for leisure, milestones, family vacations, honeymoons, and special occasions.
• Research and recommend hotels, resorts, villas, cruises, private tours, restaurants, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
• Develop relationships with luxury suppliers, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other partners.
• Coordinate reservations, flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, dining, and special requests.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on destinations, experiences, dining, activities, and seasonal considerations.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues before and during trips.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, reservations, and travel documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout planning and travel.
• Deliver a highly personalized, white-glove level of service.
• Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, properties, experiences, and supplier offerings.
• Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and identify future opportunities.

This role involves managing the full travel-planning process, from the initial consultation and itinerary design through booking, pre-trip coordination, and post-trip follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, expectations, and budget.
• Design customized luxury itineraries for leisure, milestone celebrations, family vacations, honeymoons, and special occasions.
• Research and recommend luxury hotels, resorts, villas, cruises, private tours, restaurants, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
• Develop strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers, hotels, destination management companies, tour operators, and other industry partners.
• Manage reservations and coordinate flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, dining, and special requests.
