Marchay is seeking a Senior Luxury Travel Advisor to lead a high-caliber team and manage relationships with ultra-wealthy travelers. You will craft bespoke itineraries across premier hotels, villas, and exclusive experiences, guiding complex trips from concept to flawless execution.

The role demands deep luxury product knowledge, outstanding client service, and fluency with CRM systems and travel platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel advisory.
Deep knowledge of global luxury travel products, services, and suppliers.
Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience in personalized service.
Proficiency with CRM systems, booking platforms, and travel technology tools.
Experience handling ultra-high-net-worth travelers and bespoke multi-stop itineraries.
Availability during Eastern Time business hours; 9 weekend watches per year.

Responsabilités

Lead and inspire an advisor team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Advise discerning travelers, building trusted, long-term relationships.
Create highly personalized journeys spanning luxury hotels, villas, and experiences.
Own complex trips from concept to delivery with meticulous planning.
Develop relationships with hotels, DMCs, villa partners, and suppliers.
Coach and mentor junior advisors to strengthen knowledge and client skills.
Identify process improvements to elevate service standards and efficiency.
Stay ahead of luxury travel trends and new openings to offer unique experiences.
