Job description

Since 1990, Europe Express has been a trusted partner to travel advisors, offering customized European travel at competitive prices for both independent and group travelers.

We are passionate about the wonders of Europe and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. By equipping travel advisors with in-depth destination training and unparalleled resources, we empower them to succeed at every stage of their career.

Join us as a Luxury Sales Manager to lead and scale our Elevated Journeys product line. This hybrid player-coach role combines direct management of sales consultants with ownership of a personal portfolio of high-value travel advisor relationships.

You will be instrumental in building a new revenue pillar in its early stages of growth. Over the next 12–24 months, as the product line scales, you'll transition into a full-time leadership role with expanded scope and influence across the organization.

This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, builds trust quickly with high-value partners, and is comfortable balancing hands‑on selling with team leadership.

What we’ll offer:

  • Competitive base salary ($80,000 to $110,000 USD) and OTE ($160,000 USD)

  • Comprehensive health benefits

  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions

  • Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off

  • Remote working within the United States

  • Parental leave and family-supportive policies

  • Charity or volunteering time off

  • Group-wide travel discounts

What you’ll do:

Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxury Travel Consultants to achieve individual and team sales goals.

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on exceptional client service and continuous improvement.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating best-practice consultative selling techniques.

  • Revenue Growth & Client Relationships

  • Build and grow a portfolio of luxury travel advisor partnerships.

  • Design and sell bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to client needs.

  • Drive repeat business and long-term client value through outstanding service and relationship management.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with travel advisor partners and key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the customer experience and support business growth.

  • Identify and share market opportunities, customer insights, and industry trends.

Market Expertise

  • Maintain expert knowledge of luxury travel destinations, suppliers, and market developments.

  • Stay informed on competitor activity and emerging trends to support commercial success.

Sales Operations

  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting through HubSpot CRM.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance data.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving NPS and customer satisfaction targets.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven success in consultative sales, with a track record of building relationships, closing high‑value deals, and consistently exceeding targets.

  • Experience working with luxury, premium, or bespoke products and services, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a similar client-focused industry.

  • A strong understanding of the luxury customer mindset and a passion for creating exceptional, personalized experiences.

  • Confidence working with high-net-worth clients, travel advisors, or strategic partners in a relationship‑led sales environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pipelines, forecasting sales performance, and using CRM systems such as HubSpot.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving, and often ambiguous environment.

  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, embrace feedback, and continuously develop.

  • High standards for quality, attention to detail, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • Curiosity about luxury travel trends, destinations, and experiences, with a desire to stay ahead of the market.

We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves, and diverse teams drive better results. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
