Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a Travel Industry Sales Manager to lead leisure revenue through the solicitation and servicing of corporate and leisure travel accounts. You will focus on strategic business development, high‑impact relationship management, and effective account planning to generate room nights, maximize RevPAR, and support hotel profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Hospitality, or luxury hotel operations.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue generation, and market development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to travel for client development, industry events, and conferences.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and secure new business from corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other market segments.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Manage annual RFP processes, including pricing strategy and account participation.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, FAM trips, and client engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Worldwide Sales Offices and participate in global sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to support business objectives.
