Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales associate to engage prospective and current owners in person at our resort sales centers. You will highlight the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and work in a high-energy environment to meet performance goals.

Training is provided to master the sales process, product knowledge, and closing techniques. This role emphasizes relationship-building, objection handling, and ongoing development within a luxury travel context.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Initial Paid Training on our sales process and product knowledge.
• Ability to overcome objections and work within a short luxury sales cycle.

Responsabilités

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales and close transactions with proper techniques.
• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training.
