Job summary

Scott Dunn, a luxury travel operator within Flight Centre Travel Group, seeks a Guest Service Coordinator to deliver end-to-end guest experiences from booking through post-trip follow-up.

You'll support Travel Consultants, coordinate excursions and extras, document guest feedback, and uphold service standards aligned with high Net Promoter Score targets. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (call center, hospitality, airlines, luxury retail, or guest relations).
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Travel Consultants to align operational execution with sales efforts.
• Coordinate excursions, dining, spa experiences, and ancillary bookings.
• Deliver post-booking guest communication to support KPIs and service standards.
• Collaborate with Product Teams on new properties and concierge requirements.
• Verify supplier bookings and invoices for accuracy.
• Document guest feedback in internal systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure high service standards aligned with Net Promoter Score benchmarks.
• Gather guest information on behalf of Travel Consultants.
• Participate in supplier training and destination familiarization trips.
